For one afternoon each year, the lap lanes and leisure pools at Hawaiian Waters belong to four-legged swimmers. The Colony Parks and Recreation Department has put tickets on sale for the 2026 Bow Wow Luau, scheduled from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Hawaiian Waters, 4400 Paige Road.
